Our forge is located in the pretty East Yorkshire seaside town of Bridlington, but our commissions are now spread throughout the United Kingdom, we are happy to quote for work without geographical boundaries, and regularly have enquiries from architects, specialist builders and private clients.

Hand built iron gates are my main speciality at the forge they can be of a very traditional iron gate design or the more modern or contemporary gate design, traditional or modern i like to build the gate using the ancent blacksmithing techniques and jointing methods into the design. These ancent techniques have become the keystone in my work. Gates built using these traditional techniques are far superior in design and build quality compared to modern fabricated so called "wrought iron- work" it is much slower to forged than to electric weld, but the difference is vast hopefully on my web site you will see and appreciate the difference in the quality.

Our work at the forge is very varied, we can be working on a pair of intricate iron gates for months or repairing agricultural machinery for local farms, building a run of railings for a listed property, whatever we are busy with the quality of workmanship must be maintained.
